News Mulbury Homes Builds Construction Team

Specialist housing developer Mulbury Homes has strengthened its construction team with the appointment of experienced site manager Jason Dandy.

Dandy has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry at housebuilders including David Wilson Homes, Arley Homes and, most recently, Altin Homes.

The 45-year-old has worked on sites consisting of over 1,000 properties and managed projects valued at over £100million, as well as delivering smaller high-value schemes during his time at luxury housebuilder Altin Homes.

At Mulbury he will help deliver a range of affordable, extra care, private rented sector and open market developments, starting with its £3m development of new affordable homes at Knotts Lane, Colne, Lancashire.

Mulbury Homes is the main contractor on the scheme which will deliver 21 new properties for Housing Pendle, part of Together Housing Group, which will make the homes available for social rent.

Dandy, who is originally from Crosby, said: “Mulbury Homes is a flourishing developer with huge potential for expansion so I jumped at the opportunity. The firm has a tight-knit team culture so I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in.”

Kevin Morris, construction manager at Mulbury Homes, said: “Jason’s appointment comes at a time of rapid growth for Mulbury Homes as we expand into new markets and look to lead on more of our own construction projects. His wealth of experience in the sector will help us deliver the highest levels of quality for registered housing providers and other partners across the region.”
