The Hyde Group and Barratt London have teamed up as joint venture partners to develop a multi-million pound regeneration site in the heart of Harrow.
The borough has been designated as an opportunity area and has been identified for large scale regeneration.
In addition to 318 new homes, the development, which is adjacent to Harrow-on-the Hill Tube station, will deliver retail space, a public square, and a central public library plus space for business incubation and education areas.
The buildings and public realm have been developed in partnership with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) and architects and landscape designers Gross Max.
The design will be a series of three buildings, reaching a maximum height of 20 storeys, with 267 homes for private sale, 30 homes for affordable rent and 21 homes for shared ownership.
The scheme is expected to be completed in spring 2018.
