News Construction Workers Dreaming Playing Euro 2016 Can Kick Football Career Entering Tradesmen Tri

With Euro 2016 kicking off in France later today, budding tradesmen footballers who fancy themselves as the next Thomas Müller or Cristiano Ronaldo have just three days remaining to follow their dream and enter the Fiat Professional Tradesman Trials.

Any builders, bricklayers and construction workers who think they’ve got the talent to make it as a professional footballer have until 11.59pm on Sunday to sign up and potentially earn a one-month trial at a Football League club.

A group of the best entrants will then be selected to attend an exclusive trials day at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre on Friday, June 24, where Fiat Professional ambassadors and former footballers Stuart Pearce, Dean Windass and Geoff Horsfield will put them through their paces, before one entrant is eventually crowned the winner of a one month trial at a Football League club.

The winner will then select his preferred club from the 29 signed up to the campaign and receive a £2,000 prize.

The Fiat Professional Tradesman Trials is a nationwide search to find a current tradesman who has the footballing talent to make it as a professional footballer in The Football League.

Tradesmen who think they’ve got what it takes to win a one-month trial at a Football League club can showcase their skills by submitting videos of their footballing talent to or on Twitter and Instagram using #TradesmanTrials.
