The new hospitals will provide high quality facilities for inpatients, out-patients and day patients from across Tayside, together with a new medium secure care clinic which will take patients from the whole of the north of Scotland.

NHS Tayside will enter into further detailed discussion on the design with Taycare over the coming months following which final approval for the project will be obtained from the Scottish Government and all five participating NHS Boards.
