The project by Strathtay Developments will transform a former sailing school at Kenmore into a state-of-the-art marina. It is hoped the new site will provide a massive stimulus to the local economy, creating jobs and ushering in a tide of tourist cash.

There were over 70 letters of objection to the scheme.
