Sir Robert McAlpine is the lead contractor and the company will be in charge of 80 sub-contractors during the 126 week build.

The extension will add a 2,000 square metre hall to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and 180,000 square feet of office space in centre of the capital. The development is scheduled for occupation in 2013.
