£75m Glasgow housing framework up for grabs
Tuesday, 15 December 2009
Glasgow City Council is to set up a £75m framework for the design and construction of the second phase of the Maryhill housing scheme.

Firms have until 21 January to submit their bids for the contract, which will also cover future phases of development in the area.

Five contractors will then be invited to tender with a firm set to be selected by 31 March 2010.

The masterplan for the area is being guided by the Maryhill TRA Steering Group, which is made up of Glasgow City Council, Glasgow Housing Association, Maryhill Housing Association and Isis.
