Gleniffer Estates has unveiled plans for a new £330m village in a Glasgow suburb.

Greenlaw Village, to be built on a 6.14 acre green belt site east of junction 4 of the M77, will feature shops, restaurants and a health centre. Tesco will be the anchor tenant with a 4000sq ft shop in the 18,000sq ft retail parade.

Phase one of the development will also feature a public square. Morrison is believed to be in the frame for the building work.

The development is being backed by the Walker Group and Clydesdale Bank.
