Manchester developer Modus is to submit a detailed planning application for £90m riverside redevelopment scheme in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. A development agreement has been signed with the local council for the seven-acre site along the River Bliss, and plans for the scheme include 40,000 sq ft of offices, 240 apartments and a 60-bedroom hotel, as well as other leisure and retail outlets |
