Eastbourne Borough Council is seeking a development partner for its scheme to regenerate the town centre. Next month the council will put an advertisement in the Official Journal of the European Union. The council hopes to seek applications of interest by May 16. The mixed-use 19acre town centre scheme will also see the regeneration of the seafront area.       |
