Crest Nicholson and BioRegional Quintain have been named as developers of the first phase of the £100m Rochester Riverside regeneration. The two were chosen by landowners Medway Council and the South East England Development Agency. The first phase involves around 800 new homes, but eventually there will be up to 2,000, together with hotels, bars, and a new primary school and health centre.
Affordable housing, a quarter of the total, will be provided and managed by social housing landlord Hyde Housing Group. |
