Barratt Developments will undertake the £41m redevelopment of Birmingham’s Shard End area, after being selected by the city council. Barratt working with designers IDPartnership and architects Waterman CPM will create a mixed use village which will include 24,757 sq ft of retail and leisure space, around 240 homes, a new community library and neighbourhood office, and a new vicarage. These will all be built around a central square. |
