An expert panel has been set up to help avoid contractual disputes that could delay the project. The Independent Dispute Avoidance Panel (IDAP) will help the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) and its contractors to avoid any potential disputes that could affect the delivery of the Olympic Park and other London 2012 venues. ODA Chief Executive David Higgins said: ‘This independent panel will help us and our contractors work together to identify and resolve any potential issues early.’ Dr Martin Barnes will chair the panel. |
