The website will allow businesses to tender for contracts online. Main contractors will be listed on the site, helping small and medium size businesses to tender for sub-contracts.

ODA chief executive David Higgins said: “We want to ensure businesses can see the opportunities in advance so they can prepare to bid. We also want to make the contracting process straightforward, consistent and simple.”
