| Genesis Olympic scheme gets go ahead |

Genesis Housing Group has received the go ahead to redevelop a former industrial site close to the Olympic site in Stratford. It is thought the 3.2acre site will include 10,946 sq ft of commercial space, 27 Workspace units and 655 homes and a 153 bedroom four-star hotel. The scheme, designed by Stock Woolstencroft, will include a 'curvilinear' 43-storey tower. |
