WSP is acquiring 20% of the ordinary share capital of Link Signatur AS, a consultancy with nearly 300 staff and 14 offices in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Multiconsult AS, in which WSP has a 24.7% stake, has also acquired 32% of Link.

In return for the 20% stake, WSP has agreed to transfer its Swedish architectural business, including all staff, to Link.
