Plans for a £17m business park in Wrexham which could bring thousands of jobs to the area, have been unveiled.
Chester-based developer Liberty Properties and supermarket chain Sainsburys have submitted a joint planning applicaton to Wrexham Council, which, if successful, would include a 33,000 sq ft Sainsbury's foodstore and petrol station and state-of-the-art 'office village' providing almost 500,000 sq ft of employment space. The planned site of the development, which the developers have called Ruabon Business Park, is on the Wynnstay Estate, to the south of the town centre. The development is expected to be built in three phases. |
