| Work begins on Manchester's Greenquarter hotel |

Construction has now started on the new £37m Park Inn Hotel at Crosby Lend Lease’s Greenquarter in Manchester. Developed by City Park Manchester,the 252 room hotel will include several suites, a restaurant with 145 covers, bar, lounge, and terrace area. It will be managed by the Rezidor Hotel Group and is due to be completed by May next year. In addition to the hotel, the Greenquarter will comprise seven residential blocks and 128,000 sq ft of Grade A commercial space. |
