| UPP signs £115m University of Nottingham student housing deal |

Universities Partnerships Programme (UPP) has signed a £115m deal with the University of Nottingham to provide 850 student bedrooms.
The deal, one of the largest transactions to have taken place this quarter, has been financed by Barclays, RBS and the Bank of Scotland. The agreement will see UPP extend its long-term partnership with the University at its Broadgate Park campus by an additional 10 years for a revised concession period of 45 years. As part of the deal UPP has committed to investing in and refurbishing 850 rooms. The contractor for these works is Mansell. |
