Staff numbers in its UK offices increased by 19% from 1406 to 1667.

Senior Partner Rob Smith said:  "This has certainly been a year to be proud of, and - in no small way - this is down to our people, clients and colleagues.  It has been a year of investment, with our focus on the development of our people, training, offices and systems continuing. This is illustrated by the fact that the firm has taken on 210 graduates in the last 3 years passing through our award winning graduate development programme.
