Teeside developer Terrace Hill's plans to build a £30m retail outlet have been approved by Middlesbrough Council's planning committee. The development planned for a brownfield site just off the A66 in Middlehaven will include a retail warehouse scheme, nine shops, a sports and fitness centre, a 60-bed hotel, a pub, restaurants and car parking. It will now go to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for full planning consent. |
