The new ENIVIRO-CABIN - developed in partnership with Speedy customer Simons Construction, Ultra Secure, and environmental specialist Frankham Consultancy - has been designed to the same environmental performance targets as a permanent commercial building, thereby significantly reducing energy costs for end users.

The units, which can be double stacked, incorporate improved heating and insulation, double glazing, improved construction detail and energy efficient lighting, while water usage reduction solutions have been fitted to toilet units.

Simons Construction, part of the £260m turnover Simons Group, will take delivery of the first 22 units later this month at its £40m Marriotts Close development in Witney.
