Architectural practice Sheppard Robson has designed a new £5.5m office development in Oldham. The three-block development in the town centre is due to be completed at the end of the year, when it will provide 40,000 sq ft of high specification accommodation. The building has been designed for the Greater Manchester Property Venture fund. GVA Grimley has been appointed as letting agent at the development. |
