| Rok loses director |

Building and development company Rok has announced that David Sutherland, a non executive director of the Company, has decided to step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2007. David Sutherland, previously chairman of Tulloch, joined the Rok Board in October 2006 as a non-executive to assist with the orderly transition of ownership of Tulloch Construction Group to Rok and its integration into the Group. This having been successfully achieved, he leaves to devote more time to the growth of Tulloch Homes Group, which was not acquired by Rok. |
