Contractor and developer Rok continues to expand its direct delivery capability and today has announced the acquisition of Pitkerro, a plumbing and heating contractor with 100 employees, based in Tayside. The company will now be integrated into Rok's Scottish operations. The acquisition comes on the day that Rok issued a trading statement saying it was on line to meet market expectations. |
