The shortlist for RIBA's various special awards, which will be awarded alongside the Stirling Prize, has been revealed.

They are:

Manser Medal - (Awarded for the best one-off house or major extension)

Accordia by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, Maccreanor Lavington and Alison Brooks

Private House, Belfast, by Twenty Two Over Seven

Garden Apartment, Kensington by Gianni Botsford

The English Partnerships Sustainability Award - (A building that demonstrates most elegantly and durably the principles of sustainable architecture)

CABE Public Space Award - (A building that demonstrates that good design results in safe environments.)

Stephen Lawrence Prize - (Best project with a construction budget of less than £1 million.)
