They are: Louisa Hutton, Director of Sauerbruch Hutton Architects, Berlin; Rob Joiner, Director of Reidvale Housing Association, Glasgow; Douglas Read, Director of Dignan Read Dewar Architects, Edinburgh and Past President of RIAS; Richard Murphy, Director of Richard Murphy Architects, Edinburgh. 

The judging process is now underway and the short-list will be published at the end of September. 

The winner will be announced at the award presentation on the evening of Friday 2 November at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.
