The venture produces lightweight steel frame and was major part of Redrow’s submission to English Partnerships’ Design for Manufacture competition.

Fusion Building Systems bought the company for an undisclosed sum and claims it will accelerate its growth in the UK.

Redrow group finance director David Arnold said: “In line with our stated intention, we are pleased to have completed the disposal of our interest in Framing Solutions and now look forward to working with Fusion as we ourselves focus upon our core development activities.”
