| Progress opens £22m hospital housing scheme |

A multi-million pound development of keyworker housing has officially opened at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston.
Developed jointly by Progress Care Housing Association and the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, the accomodation comprises 460 brand new flats and 130 refurbished units across four hospital sites. The £22m project has replaced existing accommodation for hospital staff at Lincoln County Hospital, Grantham and District Hospital, County Hospital Louth and Pilgrim Hospital in Boston, providing 303 new build units at Boston, 111 new and 109 refurbished units at Lincoln, 46 new and four refurbished units at Grantham and 17 refurbished units, including four family homes, at Louth. |
