PME’s market position as one of the UK’s leading mechanical and electrical maintenance service providers has been reinforced through the acquisitions by Carillion of Mowlem in 2006 and Alfred McAlpine this year. These acquisitions brought the Mowlem Technical Services and Alfred McAlpine Business Services Technical businesses into the company, further growing PME’s client portfolio. The new trading name of Carillion Planned Maintenance also incorporates PME’s air and water hygiene business, BEH.
