Peel Holdings plans to build a new hotel next to its Trafford Centre development in Manchester. The £30m development will have 210 rooms and include a 500-seat banqueting/conference facility, meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar area, spa, gym and swimming pool facility for guests, and a multi-functional penthouse suite. Peel is hoping to open the hotel in 2010. |
