| Developer Peel Holdings has received planning consent for a £30m hotel next to its Trafford Centre development in Manchester. The 15 storey high hotel will have 210 rooms and will include a 500-seat banqueting/conference facility, meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar area, spa, gym and swimming pool facility for guests, and a multi-functional penthouse suite. |
