| NPL Estates get green light for Cheshire housing scheme |

Vale Royal Borough Council has given NPL Estates the go ahead for a retirement housing scheme in Northwich, Cheshire.
The 40-acre scheme built on a former chemical works site will include a 178-apartment retirement village and 96-bed nursing home, and two phases of residential development comprising 434 houses. The scheme could include 30% affordable housing. |
