Scottish developer Muir Group plans to redevelop a former Catholic seminary at the Blairs College Estate, Aberdeenshire, into a £115m golf resort. The group is seeking outline permission from Aberdeenshire Council for the redevelopment of the former residential institution to form a hotel, residential and holiday accommodation, 280 homes, a golf course and an equestrian centre. |
