Montpellier Estates plans Leeds scheme

Development firm Montpellier Estates has submitted plans for a 2m sq ft mixed-usescheme in Leeds City Centre.The 10 acre City One site will include grade A office space, residential and retail units, restaurants, a hotel and casino.

The site had originally been earmarked as a potential location for the Leeds Arena project but was withdrawn after Leeds City Council’s decision to appoint itself as the arena developer and locate the project at council owned land at Claypit Lane.
