The Lindongate scheme will comprise 350,000 sq ft of retail space, including a department store and an additional 39 units.

Also included will be 180 flats and a 1,000 space car park, restaurants and a hotel.

If the scheme wins planning permission it is thought the scheme could complete in late 2011 or early 2012.
