The £350m scheme in Salford Quays, Manchester, consists of four 26storey towers comprising 1036 apartments, with over 50,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space.

Currently the first two towers have been released for sale. The apartments range from having one to three bedrooms with prices between £90,000 and £300,000.

The development is a joint venture between K W Linfoot and Yoo Capital. It is the third successful joint venture for the pair.

One of the major plus points for the site is its proximity to the development of Media City, a creative hub to house BBC's Children's, Sport, New Media, Five Live, Research & Development departments.

Yoo Capital's executive chairman, John Hitchcox said:

We have experienced a strong response from purchasers on the first two towers and we expect this to continue with the other two.”
