Major schemes for Liverpool Hope Street E-mail

Maghull Developments has submitted four planning applications to Liverpool City Council for a series of developments on the city's Georgian Hope Street.The value of the combined schemes is over £100m.

The largest scheme is Josephine Butler House which will provide 20,000 sq ft of ground floor retail and restaurant units with 115,000 sq ft of office accommodation on the upper floors together with a 7,000 sq ft restaurant.

Others are The Hahnemann Building which will be refurbished into a 63-bedroom hotel, 68 Hope Street and 2 Blackburne Place, both Grade II-listed buildings, will be refurbished to provide loft style apartments.
