19 Spring Gardens will be refurbished as Cheshire landlord Magnus seeks to increase its Manchester portfolio.

With Preferred Office Environments appointed as fit-out contractors, the construction is expected to be finished, with the offices available to rent by September for a fee of £25 per sq ft.

Magnus already has a strong presence in Manchester, where it owns more than 170,000 sq ft of commercial floor space, with properties including Arthur House and Abacus Court.
