The firms in the £450m five-year framework are: Birse, Balfour Beatty, Carillion, Costain, Dyer and Butler,Geoffrey Osborne,Mansell,Morgan Est, Nuttall, Skanska, Taylor Woodrow and YJL Infrastructure.

The programme was set up in 2005 to deliver work outside the Tube PPP and to provide a benchmark for the PPP contracts.

The framework is divided into four bands:
