| Liverpool Kings Dock secures finance |

An ambitious £47m hotel, residential and office development in the Baltic Triangle Liverpool appears to have secured the finance to progress.
The Kings Dock Mill development which will be anchored by the Hilton Hotel is being brought forward by developer architect LAG Prichard. In addition to the hotel it will also include 188 apartments and 3,600 sq ft of office space. Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets has now agreed to provide £22.5m funding to a scheme which had already raised £5m. |
