| Landmark Castlevale gets go ahead for £15m Wakefield scheme |

Developer Landmark Castlevale has received the green light for a £15m mixed use development at Langthwaite Grange Industrial Estate in South Kirby, Wakefield.
Wakefield Metropolitan District Council gave planning permission to what will form the second phase of development and will include 27-acres of employment land supported by five acres of residential development. It is thought work will start on site at the 32-acre scheme before the end of 2009. |
