Land Securities has submitted a planning application for the £100m re-development of Liverpool's largest shopping centre. Land Securities, owners of St John's Centre, plan to refurbish the centre increasing it from 360,590 sq ft. to 478,998 sq ft. It is thought the scheme will be completed in 2012. |
