The Klin Group plans to develop a £65m hotel and retail scheme in Kilmarnock, Scotland.
The Encore project will see a five-storey commercial complex built covering 40,000 sq ft, including a 26-room boutique hotel and shopping emporium with restaurants. A planning application for the first of three phases has now been submitted to East Ayrshire Council. |
