Kilmerlin Danesmount has submitted a planning application to Maidstone Borough Council for the redevelopment of the former Army & Navy department store. Kilmerlin Danesmount bought the building from Land Securities in February last year. It now plans to redevop the building to comprise 16,500 sq ft of retail/restaurant space as well as residential apartments. The development is scheduled for completion in spring 2009.
King Sturge and Hartnell Taylor Cook have been appointed joint letting agents for the scheme and are now seeking pre-lettings. |
