The hotel chain, owned by Quinlan Private and the Oman Investment Fund, has exchanged contracts to develop hotels in Glasgow, Newcastle. Portsmouth and Bradford totalling a total 830 rooms.

Jury’s said the new hotels were the ‘launch pad’ for an accelerated growth strategy which is looking to benefit from a trend for business users to stay in cheaper hotels when they travel, and from British holidaymakers staying in the UK. 

McAleer & Rushe is the development partner on all the hotels, which will be operated on long term leases.
