Plans for a £100m mixed use development around the Galpharm Stadium, home to League One football team Huddersfield Town, have been unveiled.
The 400,000 sq ft scheme will comprise a ten-pin bowling alley, ski slope, health and fitness centre and an Odeon multiplex. There will also be a hotel, casino, bingo, two clubs, shops, more than 20 restaurants, cafes and bars and a residential development. London-based architects John Clark Associates have designed the HD One scheme. The stadium which was built by Alfred McAlpine, is also home to rugby league team Huddersfield Giants. |
