Henry Boot Developments has purchased a 7.5 acre site at Westfield North Courtyard, Cumbernauld for an undisclosed sum. The company acquired the undeveloped land from Highcross. Plans for the site have yet to be announced in detail but are to include an office and industrial scheme on the site. Jones Lang LaSalle advised Highcross while Henry Boot Developments were represented by Ryden. |
