Henderson Infrastructure upped the bidding for John Laing on Friday, after Allianz Infrastructure offered more than £950m for the company. Laing said it is considering revised offers from Henderson. Allianz last month trumped Henderson’s previous offer for the company of 355p a share, with an inflated offer of 385p a share. |
