Harrow Estates has been granted planning permission to build 1,100 homes on a 45 acre site in Openshaw, Manchester. Urban regeneration company New East Manchester will work with Harrow Estates and architects Taylor Young to develop the masterplan and create a residential-led scheme that also consists of apartments, offices, shops and leisure facilities, including a communal space and events area.
